Tina Kizer Tina Kizer received her Associate Degree from Aims Community College and completed an internship with the Office of the Public Defender in Fort Collins, Colorado in 1998. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the Community College of Denver and completed an internship with the Office of the Public Defender in Golden, Colorado in 1990. She has worked in the legal profession since 1988, and as a paralegal since 1994. She joined the firm in April 2005. Ms. Kizer works primarily in the areas of litigation and professional licensure and regulatory matters. As a paralegal, Ms. Kizer assists in the preparation and drafting of pleadings and case management documents, calendars all deadlines pursuant to the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; review and analyzes documents; interviews fact witnesses; and assists with trial preparation.
