Max S. Stich Educational Background
2005 Juris Doctor University of Denver College of Law 2001 B.A. University of California, Santa Barbara Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration Max S. Stich, an associate, practices in the firm’s litigation department. He joined Montgomery Little Soran & Murray after completing a judicial clerkship with Judges John P. Leopold and Gerald J. Rafferty in the Arapahoe County District Court. At the firm, Mr. Stich works primarily in the areas of construction defect and real estate litigation. At the University of Denver, Mr. Stich excelled in moot court as a member of both the ABA Traveling Trial Team and the National Civil Trial Team. Additionally, under the Student Practice Act, Mr. Stich worked with the Denver District Attorney’s office, prosecuting crimes in the Denver County Court. Mr. Stich is a member of the Arapahoe County, Denver, and Colorado Bar Associations. He is also active in the Thompson G. Marsh American Inn of Court and is a participant in the Partner-in-Leadership program run by the Anti-Defamation League.
