Nathan G. Osborn practices in litigation with an emphasis on real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and professional liability defense. He also assists clients in criminal law matters. Mr. Osborn has handled cases relating to contracts, real estate title and access disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, leases, foreclosures, mortgages, mechanic liens, property tax appeals, labor disputes, bad faith claims, construction defect claims, collections, appellate matters, insurance coverage issues, professional licensing matters, and professional malpractice claims. Mr. Osborn is a trial attorney and has tried a wide variety of cases including representing a national title insurance underwriter in a breach of contract case, defending a lender in a fraud lawsuit, representing homeowners in a deed restriction dispute, defending clients in an eviction action, and prosecuting an aggravated bank robbery.
Before joining Montgomery Little & Soran, Mr. Osborn worked as a Deputy District Attorney for
2 ½ years. He tried 19 cases while with the DA's office, including 10 felony jury trials. Mr. Osborn has spent time as a high school mock trial judge, a baseball coach, and a basketball coach.
