2007 Juris Doctor University of Nebraska College of Law with distinction 2003 B.A. Texas Christian University Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration Nathan G. Osborn practices in litigation with an emphasis on real estate litigation, commercial litigation, and professional liability defense. He also accepts clients in personal injury and criminal law matters. Prior to joining Montgomery Little & Soran, Mr. Osborn worked as a Deputy District Attorney in Colorado Springs for 2-1/2 years. He tried 19 cases while with the DA's office, including 10 felony jury trials. Mr. Osborn has spent time as a volunteer for Big Brothers, a high school mock trial judge, and a baseball coach.
