2006 Juris Doctor University of Denver College of Law 2001 B.A. University of Northern Colorado Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration Echo D. Ryan practices in litigation and business transaction matters. Prior to joining Montgomery Little & Soran, she worked at a law firm handling complex contract cases involving the purchase and sale of mortgage loans related to a Wall Street matter. She served as the Law Clerk for Chief Judge William Sylvester in the Arapahoe County District Court for almost two years where civil, criminal and foreclosure matters were heard. While in law school, Ms. Ryan worked as a Judicial Clerk for Magistrate Judge Anne M. Ollada in Arapahoe County where small claims cases were presented. She served as an intern in the Weld County Public Defender's Office prior to attending law school.
