Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration
Adam Daurio is an attorney practicing in both the firm’s litigation and transaction departments. He joined Montgomery Little Soran & Murray after graduating from the University of Wyoming College of Law and passing the Colorado Bar. While in law school, Mr. Daurio was actively involved in the mock competitions and was President of the Board of Advocates.
Since joining the firm in 2005, Mr. Daurio’s practice has had an extreme diverse focus. His experience includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, negotiating and drafting contracts for the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, real estate and business litigation, foreclosures, employment law issues, domestic law issues, and representing clients in personal injury actions. Mr. Daurio has recently broadened his practice to include representation of farmers and ranchers in premises liability disputes. Mr. Daurio formerly interned at the University of Wyoming Legal Services Clinic representing clients in all civil issues including: divorce, child custody, bankruptcy, landlord/tenant, and contract disputes.
Mr. Daurio is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Agricultural and Rural Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado Livestock Association.
