William H. Knapp Educational Background
1970 Juris Doctor Cornell Law School 1962-67 United States Navy 1962 B.A. University of Rochester Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration William Knapp, a partner with Montgomery Little Soran & Murray, has a broad range of experience in insurance defense litigation but has concentrated his practice in the area of the defense of professional liability claims. He has extensive experience in the defense of architect and engineer liability claims and other construction litigation and has participated in numerous seminar programs dealing with the liability of design professionals. He has also handled legal and accounting malpractice litigation. He is contributing author to The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Construction Law. He is a member of the American Arbitration Association and has served as an arbitrator and as a mediator in many commercial and construction disputes. He is also a member of the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association. He is licensed to practice law in both Colorado and Wyoming.
