Her practice emphasizes lending and real estate transactions. She has extensive experience in secured transactions, asset-based lending and preparation of commercial loan documents; loan workouts and restructuring; creditor's rights and bankruptcy; representation of financial institutions in lender liability actions; commercial real estate transactions; land use and development; negotiation and drafting of leases, licenses, easements, and other real estate-related documents; business planning; contract negotiation and drafting; and purchase and sale of businesses including closing preparation and facilitation. She is a member of the American, Colorado, and Denver Bar Associations. She has presented to the Colorado Court of Appeals on the topic of lender liability, has served as legal counsel for the South Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, and currently is a member of the Special Needs District Board of the Denver Area Council, Boy Scouts of America.
