Heather Weckbaugh practices in the firm's civil litigation department. Ms. Weckbaugh concentrates her practice primarily in construction litigation in the defense of design professionals and trade contractors. She has significant experience in litigating high-exposure and multi-million dollar construction design and defect cases. Ms. Weckbaugh also maintains a general civil and complex litigation practice and has litigated real estate, property, and commercial issues. She was elected a shareholder of the firm in 2007.
Ms. Weckbaugh is admitted to practice in Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She is a member of the Denver Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar Association, and the Colorado Bar Association. She is also a contributing author to The Practitioner's Guide to Colorado Construction Law.
