Bob Beattie is an Equity Shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran who joined the firm as a law clerk in 1983. He practices primarily in the areas of family and domestic law throughout the State of Colorado.
His family law practice focuses on dissolution of marriage and legal separation actions, including division of property and debts, maintenance and attorney fees; child-related matters such as decision-making, parenting time, child support, and relocation; post-decree modifications of parenting time and child support; enforcement of court orders by contempt or execution of judgments; representation of parents in dependency and neglect matters, kinship and step-parent adoptions and paternity actions; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial marital agreements; and all aspects of the appeal process. He has extensive courtroom experience involving both simple and complex domestic relations cases.
Family and domestic law is Mr. Beattie's exclusive area of practice. He has volunteered his services in this area and has been professionally recognized for his efforts in providing legal services to the community.
Mr. Beattie has received the highest “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell since 2001 and was honored in 2010 and 2011 by Colorado Super Lawyers based on annual surveys of Colorado lawyers for Denver’s 5280 Magazine.
