Montgomery Little & Soran has hired Associates from our clerkship program, but consider applicants exhibiting excellence in academic performance, along with judicial clerkship or litigation experience. Summer 2L Clerkship Program Montgomery Little & Soran has traditionally hired summer law clerks to work for a ten-week paid clerkship. We look to applicants who are focused on becoming top notch trial or transactional lawyers. Our environment is unstructured, allowing the clerks to work in any, or in all, of our departments. Clerks are educated and participate in all aspects of our practice including motion writing, contract drafting, trial and appellate advocacy. We will accept out-of-state applicants.
