Rebecca Givens
Educational Background
1988 Juris Doctorate Creighton University School of Law cum laude 1985 B.S.B.A University of Nebraska Business Administration Professional Experience and Areas of Concentration Rebecca Givens practices in the commercial law department with an emphasis on real estate sales, acquisitions, development, leasing, land use, entitlements and financial workouts. She also has significant experience in corporate and commercial transactions. Her real estate experience includes multi-use master plan developments and both single and multi family residential, retail, commercial, office and industrial projects. Rebecca has commercial practice experience with business planning, sales and acquisitions, mergers and vendor transactions. She also provides consultation to start up entities. She served as in-house corporate real estate counsel for a national homebuilder for many years before returning to Montgomery Little & Soran. Ms. Givens serves on the Real Estate Section Council of the Colorado Bar Assocation. She also sits on the Board of Directors of Bridgeway and is active in many community organizations. She is licensed to practice in the states of Colorado and Nebraska and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
