Carmen Antonio Carmen Antonio received her Associate Degree from Arapahoe Community College in 1979. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Denver in 1985 and has worked as a paralegal with Montgomery Little Soran & Murray since 1986. She specializes in complex litigation management in cases involving professional liability and product liability, construction law, and environmental claims. As a paralegal, Ms. Antonio assists in all aspects of litigation, including the drafting of written discovery and pleadings. She is responsible for calendaring all deadlines pursuant to the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; contacts and interviews expert and lay witnesses; reviews, analyzes, and prepares chronological summaries of records; summarizes depositions; and assists with trial preparation, as in the preparation of trial notebooks, scheduling of witnesses, organization of documents and exhibits, and coordination of courtroom activities for counsel.
