Shelley McKinstry Shelley McKinstry attended Aims Community College and received her Associate Degree in 1981. She began working in the legal profession in 1981 but also has experience in banking and education. She earned her Paralegal Certificate from the University of Southern Colorado in 2000. She joined the firm in 2001. Ms. McKinstry works primarily in the areas of litigation, professional licensure and regulatory matters, and credentialing and peer review matters. She is responsible for calendaring all deadlines pursuant to the Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; contacting and interviewing witnesses; assisting in the drafting of pleadings and case management documents; and assisting with trial preparation.
