Biography

Danielle K. Kaiser is an attorney with Montgomery Little & Soran. Ms. Kaiser is licensed to practice in Colorado and North Dakota. Her practice is focused on transactional work with an emphasis on real estate and business corporate law, in addition to creditor’s rights bankruptcy matters.

Ms. Kaiser attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and graduated in 2020 with a certificate in corporate and commercial law. She was also a Staff Editor for the Race to the Bottom Blog. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kaiser worked as a labor and employment legal administrative assistant for a large law firm in Milwaukee.

Ms. Kaiser began her career with Montgomery Little & Soran as a law clerk in May of 2019 prior to becoming an attorney. She also gained valuable legal experience through externships at the Second Judicial District for the Honorable Christopher Baumann and with Great-West Financial prior to coming to Montgomery Little & Soran.

Ms. Kaiser is a native of Wisconsin. She earned a degree in political science and English literature, with distinction, from Marquette University in 2015. While at Marquette, Ms. Kaiser was an intern at multiple law offices, participated on the mock trial team, and was a volunteer for the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. In her free time, Ms. Kaiser enjoys concerts, hiking, and competing in dressage competitions with her horse, Maksamilian.
