Erin C. Nave is a trial attorney and business adviser.  She represents companies and investors in all phases of litigation from investigation through trial and appeal.  Ms. Nave also provides counseling and advice concerning a wide variety of risk management and compliance issues.   

Ms. Nave frequently handles complex real estate matters and disputes related to distressed assets.  She is both a "dirt" lawyer who is well versed in real estate and title issues and a finance lawyer who understands lending and workouts.  Ms. Nave regularly serves as counsel to financial institutions and other secured creditors in Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. 

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Nave frequently advises businesses in a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, contract drafting and review, real estate sales and acquisitions, sales and leasing, secured lending, and employment matters. 

Before joining the firm, Ms. Nave served as a judicial law clerk to the judges of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Denver.  She began her career in the litigation and business restructuring & bankruptcy departments of a large regional law firm based out of the Midwest. Ms. Nave was selected by Super Lawyers® as a Rising Star in Business Litigation in 2014, 2015, and 2017.  She is actively involved with the Rocky Mountain office of the Anti-Defamation League, where she was a Robert B. Sturm Mountain States Leadership Fellow in 2016-2017.

Ms. Nave is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Colorado and Indiana, as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.  She graduated cum laude from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
