Chelsea Tegtmeier received a degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a minor in Criminology from Colorado State University.  After graduating from college, Ms. Tegtmeier earned her paralegal certification and joined the Montgomery Little & Soran team as a paralegal for the family law department.  She primarily works with attorneys Courtney J. Cline and Rachel L. Kranz and assists in all areas relating to family law litigation.

Before joining the firm, Ms. Tegtmeier was the Office Manager for a Forensic Psychologist who specialized in court ordered evaluation and intervention services and assisted in administering a Level 2 Co-Parenting class.  Ms. Tegtmeier has also worked as an intern at the Harmony House in Fort Collins supervising visitations between children and their non-custodial parents. Ms. Tegtmeier is a member of the Colorado Association of Family and Conciliation Courts.
