Rachel Kranz is a shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran whose practice focuses primarily on domestic relations matters, including dissolution of marriage actions, post-decree proceedings, custody, adoption, paternity actions, and appeals. Ms. Kranz also practices in trusts and estates matters, such as estate planning and preparation, and probate litigation. Ms. Kranz worked as a law clerk at Montgomery Little & Soran prior to becoming an attorney.

Ms. Kranz volunteers for local television’s 9News LawLine 9, assisting residents of the local community with family law questions. Ms. Kranz also serves on the Board of Directors for the women’s only non-profit organization Cocktails for a Cause which collects donations for Colorado charities. Montgomery Little is also a proud sponsor of Cocktails for a Cause and is honored to support Ms. Kranz and the organization.

Ms. Kranz is a member of the Colorado, Denver, and Arapahoe County Bar Associations, as well as the Family Law and Trusts and Estates Bar Associations.

While in law school, Ms. Kranz participated in the University of Denver Civil Litigation Clinic, representing clients in landlord-tenant and civil protection order cases. Ms. Kranz also served as General Editor of the Denver University Law Review.
