Bob Beattie is an Equity Shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran. He joined the firm as a law clerk in 1983. His practice exclusively focuses on family and domestic law throughout Colorado.

The family law matters Mr. Beattie handles includes dissolution of marriage and legal separation actions, including division of property and debts, maintenance and attorney fees; child-related matters such as decision-making, parenting time, child support, and relocation; post-decree modifications of parenting time and child support; enforcement of court orders by contempt or execution of judgments; representation of parents in dependency and neglect matters, kinship and step-parent adoptions and paternity actions; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial marital agreements; and all aspects of family law related appeals. He has extensive courtroom experience involving both simple and complex domestic relations cases.

Mr. Beattie frequently volunteers for family law related activities and has been professionally recognized for his efforts in providing legal services to the community.

Mr. Beattie has received the highest “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell since 2001 and was recognized in 2010-2011 and 2015-2017 by Colorado Super Lawyers, an honor given to no more than 5% of attorneys in Colorado.
