Robin Jackson is an attorney with Montgomery Little & Soran. Her practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate litigation, professional liability, and corporate/business law.

Ms. Jackson joined Montgomery Little & Soran in the Spring of 2020. Prior to working at the firm, she served as a deputy district attorney at both the Denver District Attorney’s Office and the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office. During her combined five years as a prosecutor, Ms. Jackson honed her advocacy skills by handling a variety of cases ranging from traffic offenses and misdemeanors all the way up to the most serious felony cases, including first degree murder. In addition to trying over sixty jury trials, Ms. Jackson negotiated countless others to reach a fair and just resolution. She hopes to put all of these skills to work to achieve the best result for each and every client.

Ms. Jackson graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2015 with a certificate in corporate and commercial law, which helped prepare her to represent clients in a variety of business and contract related disputes. During her time in law school, she also took steps to improve her advocacy skills, earning the Academic Excellence Award in Trial Practice. Ms. Jackson interned with Colorado Legal Services, the US Attorney’s Office, and the 18th Judicial District Attorney’s office while in law school.

Ms. Jackson is originally from Mobile, Alabama, and earned her undergraduate degree in Accounting at the University of Mississippi Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College. After working for KPMG auditing the year-end financial statements of both public and nonpublic companies, she decided to move to Denver in 2012 to pursue her law degree and has since made it her home. In her free time, Ms. Jackson enjoys spending time with her family and exploring all of the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer.

Ms. Jackson is licensed to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association.
