Shawn Eady is a shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran who joined the firm in 2012. Mr. Eady has over 20 years of combined experience in the construction, professional design, insurance, and real estate development industries.  Mr. Eady is a litigator with an emphasis on construction, engineering, architect, and real estate matters.  Outside of litigation, Mr. Eady's practice also includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of business, real estate development, transportation, and construction contracts.

Prior to practicing law, Mr. Eady was a consultant at one of the largest insurance brokerages in Colorado where he advised general contractors, construction professionals, property owners, developers, and subcontractors regarding insurance coverage, risk transfer, and risk management issues. This prior experience makes Shawn uniquely qualified to represent clients with insurance coverage and construction defect claims as well as risk management issues.

Mr. Eady is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, the Colorado Defense Lawyers Association, and was a contributor to the 2010 Defense Research Institute's construction law section for the state of Colorado.
