Lawrence “Larry” Lee is a trusted advisor to employers, providing practical and compliant solutions to complex workplace issues. His practice focuses on helping clients navigate state and federal employment laws to mitigate potential liabilities. When disputes arise, Larry draws on years of experience to defend his clients’ employment practices in Court or Arbitrations and pursue favorable resolutions.

Larry represents employers in matters involving allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, worker misclassification, workplace and safety matters, and employment or executive contract disputes. He also advises clients on day-to-day employment issues, including hiring practices, disciplinary actions, termination decisions, pay procedures, and OSHA compliance.

An experienced litigator, Larry has successfully represented clients before juries, judges, arbitrators, and administrative agencies in federal and state courts. His litigation practice includes defending claims related to employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wage and hour laws.

In addition to litigation, Larry assists clients with policy development, updates to employee handbooks, and drafting written agreements and covenants. He emphasizes practical strategies tailored to clients’ business objectives while safeguarding their operations from legal exposure.

Larry graduated from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and American Bar Association Labor and Employment Law section. He remains ranked in Chambers USA (a client based ranking process), Best Lawyers in America, and Super Lawyers.

Larry is dedicated to providing straightforward legal advice that empowers employers to manage workplace challenges effectively. He has reached a successful resolution in cases involving the EEOC on claims made against clients based on disability/race/gender/age discrimination, wage and hour class actions, wrongful termination case, and has negotiated successful settlement on behalf of a corporation against an employer under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA). Larry is highly published in employment law and has participated in numerous speaking engagements.
