Hunter Martin is a family law attorney at Montgomery Little & Soran. He specializes in dissolution of marriage and legal separation actions, including the division of property and debt, maintenance, and any child-related matters such as parenting time, decision making, and child support; post-decree modification; and prosecuting or defending contempt proceedings related to family court orders.
Mr. Martin grew up in a small town in Tennessee. He attended undergraduate at Martin Methodist College where he received a criminal justice degree with honors. Mr. Martin received his Juris Doctorate from the Cecil Humphreys School of Law in Memphis, Tennessee. During law school, he was a proud member of the American Constitution Society.
Before joining Montgomery Little & Soran, Mr. Martin worked as an employment law attorney where he managed discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims. He has also previously worked at an insurance defense law firm where he focused on defending personal injury matters and defending actions against nursing homes.
Mr. Martin is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Tennessee.
