Sherri Giger is an attorney with Montgomery Little & Soran, PC. Her practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on real estate and corporate/business disputes. Ms. Giger is a trial attorney and has conducted 55 jury trials in her career.
Before working at the firm, Ms. Giger served as a deputy district attorney at the 23rd Judicial District Attorney’s Office, 18th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, and the 1st Judicial District Attorney’s office. During her six years as a prosecutor, Ms. Giger handled numerous cases including organized crime matters and cases involving death.
Ms. Giger also previously served as an executive with a leading national non-profit organization with an added role for three of her twelve years as Assistant General Counsel.
Ms. Giger has also held executive positions in high-technology companies in both Colorado and Oregon, in the areas of commodity trading systems, transportation logistics systems, back-office financial and insurance systems, health technology and software, and sales-force automation systems. Her roles included responsibility for corporate and product marketing, branding, product-line development, introduction and profitability, advertising and media management, and third-party and vendor contracting and relationships both nationally and internationally. Ms. Giger has also worked as a licensed Realtor and Broker and spent time working in the title insurance industry handling marketing, closings, and all finances and escrows as a controller.
In addition to her Juris Doctorate, Ms. Giger holds an MBA and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado. Ms. Giger is licensed to practice in Colorado and is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and Arapahoe Bar Association.
Ms. Giger is also an avid cyclist and active outdoor adventurer at home and abroad.
