Biography

Ellie Matesi is an associate attorney at Montgomery Little & Soran. Her practice focuses on real estate transactions and commercial and real estate litigation.

Ms. Matesi grew up in Monument, Colorado. She began her higher education at Boise State University before transferring to Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Criminal Justice and a minor in Legal Studies. She went on to earn her J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law with a concentration in Real Estate Law. While in law school, she served as a Teaching Assistant for Real Estate Transactions and participated in the Estate Planning Clinic as a Senior Certified Student Attorney, representing clients in their estate planning needs.

Prior to becoming an associate at Montgomery Little & Soran, Ms. Matesi worked at the firm as a law clerk during a summer semester and throughout her final year of law school. She also completed an internship with the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Colorado Springs, where she assisted with appellate matters.

In her free time, she enjoys skiing, fishing, and spending time with her friends and family.

Ms. Matesi is licensed to practice law in Colorado.
