Victoria James, Paralegal
Victoria James began her legal career in her home state of Louisiana, serving Calcasieu Parish as a Deputy Criminal Clerk before moving to the Public Defenders’ Office as a legal assistant. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Science in Criminal Justice from McNeese State University in 2014.
In 2017, Mrs. James relocated to Austin, Texas where she provided remote contract legal assistance to attorneys across various practice areas and states. She later shifted her focus to civil litigation, concentrating on eminent domain and condemnation matters involving major Central Texas land and infrastructure projects, supporting complex case management and litigation preparation.
In 2026, Mrs. James relocated to Denver, Colorado and joined Montgomery Little & Soran, where she primarily works with Jason Kennedy and Serena Hendon.
