Brent Houston’s practice is focused on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, estate planning, and general business representation.

Mr. Houston’s real estate practice includes real property acquisitions and dispositions, development, leasing, financing, land banking, condominium and planned community formation, foreclosures and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure, and construction contracts.

Mr. Houston provides comprehensive business representation, including entity formation, buy-sell agreements, operating agreements, debt and equity financing, employment agreements, vendor contracts, trademark protection, dispute resolution, and exit planning.

Over the past two decades, Mr. Houston has represented several home builders, office building developers, shopping center developers, construction contractors, private equity companies, commercial landlords and tenants, medical practice groups, and a variety of start-up businesses.
