Biography

Trey Eckloff is a shareholder with Montgomery Little & Soran. His practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis in the construction industry, real estate litigation & transactions, business law, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Eckloff represents a broad mix of clients through all stages of the litigation and pre-litigation processes in state courts, federal courts, and arbitrations. He has been involved with multiple cases that went through trial and subsequent appeals. He also represents and counsels clients on day-to-day legal issues, business issues, and advises clients on strategies for avoiding litigation altogether, focusing on each clients’ individual needs and goals.

Mr. Eckloff attended the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and graduated in 2015 with a certificate in corporate and commercial law where he was also a staff editor for the Transportation Law Journal. Mr. Eckloff has been in private litigation practice since graduation and has represented a variety of institutional and individual clients across the entire State of Colorado.

Mr. Eckloff is licensed to practice in state and federal courts in Colorado, Arizona, and Wyoming as well as the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Arapahoe County Bar Association, Douglas | Elbert County Bar Association, Arizona Bar Association, Wyoming Bar Association, and Colorado Defense Lawyers Association.

Mr. Eckloff is a native of Denver, Colorado and earned a degree in business finance, with honors, from the University of Colorado-Boulder in 2012. While at CU, he was a member of the CU men’s basketball team and was a member of the team that won the 2012 Pac12 Tournament and participated in the 2012 NCAA tournament.

Mr. Eckloff joined the Montgomery Little & Soran team in 2019 and is excited to be working with a collective group of dedicated, experienced, and supportive professionals.
