Appellate ruling in key title insurance case

Fred Skillern and Echo Ryan got their third win of the year in the Court of Appeals, with the opinion of the court in First American Title Insurance v. Fidelity National Title affirming a $1 million judgment in El Paso County District Court. The claim is based on a breach of an agency underwriting contract.
